FOUR FLU FIGHTERS: 

1. WATER--half your body weight in ounces...so if you weigh 200 pounds. 100 ounces/8ounces in a standard cup =12.5 cups minimum daily--
gets rid of "trash" in a sick body.

2. NO SUGAR--since they FEED bacteria/viruses: bread, rice, pasta, cereals, juice and the obvious cookies, and sweets. (avoid at least 4 days)

3. THREE IN ONE THERAPY--Thyme and Rosemary tea. From these two bulk/from the jar not in tea bag cooking herbs. You could use 4 tablespoons of each dried herb and bring to boil in 4 cups of water.  Then:
(a) A Steam Inhalation to clean out nasal passages and help with drainage and chest congestion--breathe in the steam for about 5 minutes after boil. Can do multiple times a day. (b) A gargle at the back of the throat for sore throat/strep---wait for the tea to cool after steam inhalation (c) Drink it for an overall increase in immunity for Flu-like--fatigue, joint pain, and overall malaise.

4. LAUGHTER--increases your immune system which helps fight infection!
